Data Processing Consent for Kyiv International Short Film Festival
Welcome, and Congratulations!
We're thrilled to present your film at the Kyiv International Short Film Festival. While preparing for the event, we gather information and files to ensure everything runs smoothly.
To feature your film in the festival catalogue and screenings we collect information such as film titles, director(s) name(s), production year, country of origin, and a short synopsis. We also need a few files, including a projection copy of your film, subtitles and a high-resolution still image.
These materials will help us organize the screening schedules and promote your film. For instance, we might:
Include your film in our festival catalogue;
Use a 15-second excerpt of your film in our festival trailer and TV promotion, if you agree;
Post the film still on our website and use it on our pages on social media: Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
Your data will be handled confidentially. Only authorized festival staff can access your information, and we store it securely during and after the festival. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
By submitting your film and associated information you consent to processing your data as outlined. You agree that:
Your film can be screened at the festival and potentially on our online streaming platform in Ukraine and select European countries (upon individual agreement with the programmers);
We may use parts of your film for promotional purposes as specified.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent will not affect any processing already done.
